J. David Haskin is an attorney practicing throughout Georgia. He has maintained his own practice since 2006 but has also worked with the law firm Spruell Taylor and Associates in Marietta, Georgia, the Hornsby Law Group and the Metro Conflict Defender in Atlanta, Georgia.  About half of  Mr. Haskin’s practice is devoted to successfully resolving criminal law matters ranging from misdemeanor offenses to major felonies. Mr. Haskin also engages in civil matters. Haskin and his associates represent numerous clients in domestic cases across Metro-Atlanta. These cases include divorces, contested custody matters, modifications and other family law situations. The firm is engaged in a range of civil litigation issues including federal employment discrimination and personal injury claims.
